Cuando falla el internet o se va la luz, unos radios pequeños de bajo consumo se pasan mensajes entre sí para que los vecinos puedan seguir comunicándose. No es el servicio de ninguna empresa: la construimos y la sostenemos entre quienes vivimos aquí.When the internet fails or the power goes out, small low-power radios pass messages to one another so neighbours can keep in touch. It isn't any company's service: we build it and keep it running among those of us who live here.
